Alienware X51 announced

Today the Alienware X51, a brand new small form factor PC was announced. In a dramatic break from large weighty powerhogs this presents a whole new avenue for gamers. The Alienware X51 brings you the power and flexibility of a desktop in an easily manageable case; this will make the ideal living room PC as well as a great addition to any gamers arsenal. Although not intended to replace consoles it can be treated as such due to HDMI out ports enabling you to plug it into any HD ready TV.

It’s a powerful PC in a case the size of an Xbox 360 meaning suers no longer have to choose between an enormous desktop and a laptop. Did we mention that prices start at £699 for something that will run Battlefield 3 at 77 fps? Think about that for a second.
